Children's Nest Day School - Town 'n' Country
Hello, my name is Patricia Selva and I am the Director of Children’s Nest Day School – Town 'n’ Country. My family is from Mexico but I have lived in Florida my entire life. As a Florida native one of my favorite things to do is visit the beach. I also love taking trips to the bookstore to relax with a great book and cup of coffee and spending time with my daughter.
The main influence of my wanting to start a career in child care was growing up with a mother who constantly cared for children. I began my path in high school by taking beginning level child care trainings and later went on to pursue an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. When I became a stay-at-home-mother I saw what a difference a positive, stable relationship with a child could make so I decided to dedicate my life to working with children and being a positive role-model in their lives.
I have been a part of the Children’s Nest family since 1999 and look forward to working with your children in the years to come!
