Hello, my name is Niki Carraway, and I'm the School Director of Children's Nest - Temple Terrace. I have been in childcare for 15 years and a part of the Children's Nest family for over 10 years now.

My ultimate goal is to provide a safe, loving and enriching environment for children of all ages, and to create an environment where each child can be their best selves and learn to the best of their abilities. I believe in keeping parents involved so that there is a great relationship between teacher, parent and child.  My job is my passion!
